We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team for an exciting project. As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions for our clients using Salesforce Health Cloud and other primary clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions that meet business requirements using Salesforce Health Cloud and other primary clouds
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability and optimal performance of solutions
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, data models, and technical specifications
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
- Identify and troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution
