Looking for Sr Solutions Architect – Netskope

Location : Chennai

Experience : 13+ Years

Shift Timings : 5.30 PM to 2.30 AM IST – US Shift hours

Work Model : Hybrid (2 days WFO at DLF, RamaPuram)

This Sr. Solutions Architect – Netskope role is heavily focused on Zero Trust Security & Netskope Security Service Edge (SSE) platform . The person is expected to design, implement, and support enterprise-grade cloud & network security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Architect & implement Zero Trust security solutions using the Netskope platform .

Deploy & support Netskope SSE components :

Next Gen Secure Web Gateway (NG SWG)

Netskope Private Access (NPA)

Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB)

Endpoint & Network Digital Experience Management (DEM)

Create / maintain proxy policies (URL filtering, malware / file control).

Manage PAC files & services for applications.

Troubleshoot high-priority network access issues and lead resolution.

Collaborate with vendors on escalations & roadmap.

Maintain documentation, diagrams, and as-built designs

Core Required Skills

Netskope Expertise – Deep hands-on with NG SWG, NPA, CASB, DEM.

Zero Trust Security Architecture – Design & deployment in cloud + on-prem.

Network Security & Access Control – Proxy policies, authentication protocols, troubleshooting access issues.

Proxy & PAC File Management – URL filtering, malware / file control, user access policies.

Incident Response & Troubleshooting – Act as SME during outages & escalations.

Documentation & Design – As-built diagrams, architecture docs.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

Security Tools : Splunk, SolarWinds, Wireshark.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : Terraform, Ansible.

Firewall & Networking : Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, F5 LTM / GTM, AVI, IPS / IDS.

Agile Methodology exposure.
