Job Description
Sales manager is responsible for driving the sales strategy for their region, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring overall profitability. This role involves leading a dynamic sales team, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and managing sales operations effectively to achieve and exceed business objectives.

Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy & Execution :
Identify and expand sales opportunities within the region.
Maintain a balanced product mix to optimize profitability.
Deepen market penetration to uncover new business opportunities.
Financial Management :
Oversee site financials, including budgets, forecasts, and monthly P&L statements.
Team Leadership & Development :
Lead, supervise, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Provide ongoing training, motivation, and counseling to enhance the team’s skills and performance.
Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and other key stakeholders.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop events that generate demand and enhance market visibility.
Operational Planning & Reporting :
Participate in strategic planning and annual budget development.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting on sales progress through weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates.
Goal Setting & Performance Tracking :
Establish individual and team sales targets.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, making necessary adjustments to meet objectives.
Collaboration & Coordination :
Work closely with marketing to align on lead generation and promotional efforts.
Ensure cross-functional alignment to meet short-term and long-term business goals.
Additional Duties :
Act as a point of contact for emergency situations.
Maintain flexibility in working hours to meet business needs.
Qualifications :
Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales / Marketing is a plus.
Experience : 6 to 8 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strategic thinking with a focus on profitability and growth.
Certifications : Sales or marketing certifications are an advantage.
