Job Description – Performance Marketing Executive (Offline Role)

Location : Faridabad (On-site only)

Salary Range : ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience Required : 2–3 years (Education / EdTech experience preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Executive who can independently run and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in campaign management, and the ability to closely coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and campaign performance.

This is a strictly offline position, and the candidate must be based in Faridabad or willing to relocate to Faridabad. No relocation reimbursement will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Advertising & Campaign Management

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Search / Display, and YouTube.

Manage ad budgets, monitor performance, and ensure campaigns meet lead targets.

Create A / B tests, evaluate metrics, and refine strategies based on performance insights.

Generate regular campaign performance reports.

Sales Coordination & Lead Quality Management

Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality, lead flow, and conversion challenges.

Adjust and refine marketing campaigns based on feedback from the sales team.

Ensure alignment between marketing and sales goals to improve overall conversion.

Track lead performance funnel and communicate insights to both marketing and sales teams.

Strategy & Execution

Develop targeting strategies to reach the right audience for education / EdTech programs.

Suggest improvements in creatives, copy, landing pages, and funnel design.

Stay updated with industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in running paid ads (Meta, Google, YouTube).

Must have experience working closely with a sales team.

Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in performance metrics and campaign optimization.

Prior experience in the education or EdTech industry will be given strong preference.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Additional Requirements

This is an on-site role in Faridabad (mandatory).

Candidates must be from Faridabad or willing to relocate without relocation benefits.
