Job description3–5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer with focus on ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB). Strong understanding of JavaScript, Glide scripting, UI actions, and Flow Designer . Proficient in ServiceNow configuration and customization . Experience with Service Catalog, Reports, and Dashboards . CSA certification is mandatory. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Exposure to Agile methodology and version control tools (e.g., Git) preferred. Additional certifications such as CIS–ITSM , CIS–Discovery , or CIS–Service Mapping . About the Role :
We are looking for a passionate and skilled ServiceNow Developer (ITSM) to join our growing team at InputZero Technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and implementation within the ITSM suite , and a strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions based on business requirements.
- Customize and configure forms, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and notifications .
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST / SOAP APIs .
- Support upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability.
- Participate in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, process owners, and business analysts.
- Maintain code quality, reusability, and adherence to ServiceNow development standards.
