Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Daycare Teacher based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. As a Daycare Teacher, you will engage in nurturing children in a supportive and stimulating environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of children, developing and executing engaging lesson plans, and fostering children’s emotional, cognitive, and social development. You will also maintain open communication with parents and support children’s unique learning journeys.

Qualifications

Expertise in Day Care and Childcare to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children.

Understanding of Early Childhood Development to foster cognitive, social, and emotional growth effectively.

Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.

Experience in Curriculum Development for implementing structured, age-appropriate educational programs.

Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with young children.

A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred.
