Job Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead and drive delivery of high-impact projects. The role

demands strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a proven ability to deliver complex software projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will balance technical understanding with strategic execution, ensuring seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams..

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end project delivery, from initiation to closure, ensuring quality and timeliness.
Drive project planning, scope, timelines, risk management, and resource allocation.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, aligning delivery with client expectations.
Act as the primary client interface, handling communication, escalations, and reporting.
Collaborate with engineering, QA, DevOps, and design teams for smooth execution.
Implement Agile / Scrum methodologies and track project KPIs using tools like JIRA / Confluence.
Ensure compliance with quality gates, SLAs, and AI / GenAI-driven governance models.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, cost optimization, and delivery Skills & Qualifications :

Experience : 5 8 years in IT project management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.

Proven track record in delivering software development / product engineering projects.

Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, Asana, or similar).

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Technical understanding of software engineering, cloud, or AI-led projects is a plus.

Good to Have :

Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or SAFe are preferred.
