We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive with a flair for visual storytelling and a strong grasp of content trends. If you live and breathe Reels, can plan engaging content calendars, and know your way around captions, scheduling tools, and content shoots — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Reel Creation & Content Shoots :
- Shoot and edit high-quality, engaging Instagram Reels and short-form content
- Capture behind-the-scenes, product features, and storytelling visuals
- Direct basic shoots with phone / gimbal and assist with creative direction
Content Planning & Strategy :
Plan monthly content calendars aligned with brand voice and marketing goalsIdeate creative content formats across static, carousel, reel & story formatsStay updated with trends, audio, and best practices on IG / FB / LinkedInCopywriting & Captioning :
Write clear, catchy captions, hashtags, and CTA-driven postsDraft brand-consistent messaging across platformsScheduling & Publishing :
Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, or Buffer to schedule postsEnsure timely publishing and engagement trackingCoordination & Reporting :
Coordinate with internal teams (designers, clients, etc.) for approvalsTrack performance, suggest improvements based on insightsRequirements
1+ years of hands-on social media experience (Instagram is a must)Confident with phone-based content shooting and editing (InShot, CapCut, etc.)Strong content sense — from writing to visuals to executionBasic understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, and content trendsOrganized, proactive, and detail-orientedComfortable working independently and with teamsBonus Points :
