This role is ideal for someone ambitious who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment.Position OverviewThe Operations Associate will support daily operations, coordinate workflow, and assist with firm-wide initiatives . This mid-level role requires prior operations experience in a professional services environment. The right candidate should show initiative, attention to detail, and strong collaboration skills. Also Familiarity with cloud-based accounting tools (QuickBooks Online, Xero) .Key ResponsibilitiesOperational CoordinationSupport day-to-day operations and ensure tasks are completed on time.Assist with process improvements and workflow optimisation.Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.Practice Support & CollaborationProvide operational support to senior management and accounting teams.Assist with client onboarding,
