Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage suitable candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and employee referral initiatives.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring effective communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in onboarding activities, including orientation support and management of HR documentation.
• Update and maintain employee records using Google Sheets and internal HR systems.
• Support employee engagement programs and contribute to internal communication efforts.
• Conduct employee feedback surveys and prepare structured, actionable reports based on the findings.
• Organize performance-related data and assist with appraisal documentation and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth execution of daily operational tasks.
• Stay informed about current HR trends and recommend best practices to improve HR processes.
