Ad Creator (static and video)

About the role :

We’re on a mission to build intelligent, Bharat-first solutions that serve millions across India, from tier-1 cities to the most remote villages.

We’re looking for a passionate Ad Creator who can blend creativity, data, and cultural insight to craft performance-driven ads for a fast-scaling B2C app catering to India 2 and beyond. If you live and breathe hooks, trends, and performance metrics and can turn insights into thumb-stopping visuals — this role is for you.

Key responsibilities :

• Conceptualize and create high-performing ad creatives (static and video) tailored for Bharat audiences.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to test, iterate, and optimize creatives based on performance data.
• Understand user psychology, cultural nuances, and platform behavior to design contextually relevant campaigns.
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate creative production and experimentation.
• Analyze creative performance data to identify what’s working and what’s not — and act fast.
• Required Qualifications
• Experience matters less than your curiosity, enthusiasm, and hunger to learn.
• Prior experience in creating ads for B2C or performance marketing campaigns is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative range and adaptability.
