Senior Medical Affairs Executive
The Senior Medical Affairs Executive will play a key role in shaping the medical strategy for our company's products, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of scientific and medical excellence.
- Supports the development and execution of medical strategies across various therapeutic areas, providing expert scientific and medical guidance.
- Collaborates with senior leaders to identify new business opportunities, assess market trends, and inform commercial and clinical development strategies.
- Works closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans, leveraging insights from medical symposia, publications, and other stakeholder engagement activities.
- Provides high-level support for field sales efforts and medical science liaison programs, ensuring that sales professionals and MSLs have access to accurate and up-to-date scientific information.
Key qualifications include :
Advanced degree in medicine or related field (MD, PhD) and 4+ years pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably with global exposure.Proven track record of driving commercial, medical, and / or clinical development strategies in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to distill complex scientific concepts into actionable insights.Clinical research experience and working knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP).
