Role Overview
We are looking for a Patient Calling Specialist – Malaysia Voice Process
to join our healthcare operations team.
This role involves connecting with patients, scheduling appointments, verifying details, assisting with treatment-related queries, and maintaining accurate patient records ensuring a smooth, empathetic, and efficient patient experience for our South East Asian (Malaysian client).
Key Responsibilities
Handle
patient calls and appointment scheduling
for multiple dental clinics across Malaysia.
Manage and update
patient information and treatment records
accurately in CRM systems.
Respond to
queries related to appointments, treatments, and billing
with professionalism and clarity.
Conduct
follow-ups
for appointment confirmations, post-treatment care, and feedback collection.
Ensure compliance with
data privacy and healthcare confidentiality standards.
Support administrative and coordination activities to enhance patient experience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Prior experience in
healthcare, dental, or patient support voice process
preferred.
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
(English & Malay proficiency required)
Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
