Position : Division Finance Controller :

Job Summary :

The Division Finance Controller is responsible for providing business and financial support to the Division Country / Operations Manager and team via an engaged business partnering approach to ensure effective profitability and free cash flow management. He / she engages with the Division operational organizations to provide business performance insights and forward-looking analysis facilitating business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare Tender / Proposal Technical Documentation

Approve and Finalize Contract

Prioritize Opportunities for Engagement

Analyse Customer Contract Commercial Performance

Prepare Contract Extension

Prepare Contract Early Termination

Analyse Customer Contract Financial Performance

Develop Income Before Tax Forecast

Develop Direct Contribution Margin Forecast

Review Contract Profitability

Review Business Unit Profitability

Record Revenue Accruals

Conduct Contract Assessment

Validate Revenue Recognition Criteria

Perform Revenue Accounting

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Chartered Accountant (CA) certification always preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a finance-related role, preferably in a business analysis capacity.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).

Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the finance sector.

Familiarity with project management methodologies.
