STEM Program Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of STEM Program Lead. This role will involve coordinating and executing STEM programs, ensuring successful project delivery within budget and at an expected level of quality.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering regular project status reports, assisting in the development of corporate sponsorship programs, and working collaboratively with colleagues to drive project goals.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a similar non-profit organization or 2+ years in Tech or other fields with excellent project management skills and a passion for community service, particularly in education.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, coaches / mentors / students, and partner organizations. They will also be able to maintain and regularly update internal and partnership documents, create Playbooks for all programs, and train junior staff and volunteers for future execution of such programs.
