JD Tableau developer

• 5+ years of hands experience on Tableau
• Proficiency in writing / debugging complex SQL queries involving multiple joins (inner, outer, cross), subqueries, and CTEs
• Expertise in developing SQL Stored Procedures, Functions & Views in MS SQL Server
• Experience in Operation support, processes involved. – incident management, handling (L1 / L2 / L3) and service requests
• Should be aware of ITIL fundamentals
• Collaborate with various stakeholders (IT, Business, users) to understand the issue and resolve the same.
• Should have working experience with Service Now – in handling, tracking and closing incidents / requests.
• Flexible to work in shifts
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
• Expertise in supporting / fixing complex, interactive dashboards in Tableau
