Job descriptionPrepare financial reports and forecasts, including balance sheets, income statements, MIS and cash flow statements. Monitor and manage the companys budget, expenses and cash flow, ensuring that the financial targets are achieved. Conduct financial analysis and research to support business decisions and identify areas for & Responsibilities Manage financial audits and work with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Oversee the accounting department and ensure that the financial records are accurate. Manage relationships with banks, investors and other financial institutions to ensure that the company has access to the necessary capital to fund its operations. Provide financial guidance and support to other departments, including sales, marketing and operations and help achieve their objectives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial Skills and Qualifications The candidate should be a Chartered Accountant (CA). 8+ years of experience in financial management & accounting as a Chartered Accountant. Experience of working for a marketplace / aggregator such as Zomato, Amazon etc. is plus. Strong understanding of corporate financial planning, risk management and investment strategies. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, financial regulations and tax regulations in India. Analytical skills to interpret large volumes of data, spot anomalies and assess risks in Experience with financial management software like Tally, NetSuite ERP and collaborative tools like Microsoft SharePoint, One Drive & Confluence. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
