Billing Specialist

As a Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate invoicing of clients, proactive identification and resolution of billing discrepancies, and collaboration with various departments to ensure smooth billing operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

Timely and accurately invoice presentment to Clients on weekly, bi-weekly & monthly basis, both Match & Attach and via client determined reverse invoicing portals, while additionally tracking invoicing and payment status

Proactively identify billing discrepancies and resolve prior to aging impact.

Work with AR, Field personnel, Talent and clients to resolve payroll / billing issues.

Weekly update / maintenance of invoice log to management.

Adjustment preparation, field notification and entry to resolve over / short

Collect and process T&M and PPU data for RPO workstreams.

Produce and submit estimated invoices by specified date each month.

Create final invoices for RPO teams, collaborating with workstream leaders to obtain approvals

Basic Requirements :

College degree (BA, BS) or commensurate work experience

Experience within the Staffing industry preferred, but not required

Minimum of 5 years of analytical or auditing experience

Payroll & billing experience

Customer service oriented, consistently providing exceptional service

Ability to meet deadlines & multi task

Experience / intermediate knowledge with GSuite products, including Gmail, Sheets, Docs
