Job Description

Support deltacom applications by handling Priority 1 P1 Priority 2 P2 and other critical issues Act in a highly visible role requiring quick resolution of production issues Identify defects and improvement opportunities through CSAT reviews Utilize strong technical and analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem-solving Work in a fast paced technology environment collaborating with product owners business analysts testers and developers Leverage expertise in cloud technologies AI experience is a plus Focus on Test Driven Development and quality forward development practices with automation for continuous quality Develop performant sites using JavaScript frameworks including AngularJS v4 Express JS and jQuery Employ UI and end-to-end testing tools such as Jasmine Karma Protractor PhantomJS Jest and Cypress Use application bundlers like Webpack and optionally SystemJS Utilize task runners like Grunt and Gulp Apply CSS3 and frameworks like Bootstrap v3v4 and Foundation CSS Experience with SaaS and cloud deployment

Roles and Responsibilities

Analyze design develop test and implement business and technical IT solutions using appropriate SDLC methodologies Support core technology systems including custom and off the shelf COTS systems Develop solutions for niche technologies such as ecommerce systems mobility and TPF Construct test and implement portions of IT solutions following SDLC best practices Participate in solution implementations system upgrades enhancements and conversions Use appropriate tools to analyze identify and resolve business and technical problems efficiently Apply specialized knowledge in areas such as assembly integration cross discipline functions knowledge engineering industry expertise or legacy system evolution Engage with customers to understand their business environment and technical context Validate project scope plans and deliverables to ensure alignment with requirements
