We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to build and maintain a complete Recruitment ERP and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for our organization. You will be working independently as the sole developer , leading the entire development cycle from architecture to deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a customized Recruitment ERP + ATS covering end-to-end recruitment stages (sourcing, ATS workflows, interview stages, medical status, visa stages, documentation, deployment, finance, reports)
- Maintain, optimize, and enhance the ERP system regularly
- Integrate API connections with recruitment platforms, job boards, WhatsApp, SMS, and email
- Build dashboards, tracking systems, and automated workflows
- Ensure high performance, security, and scalability
- Collaborate with the operations team to automate business processes
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Full Stack DeveloperProven experience developing ERP systems (mandatory)Strong understanding of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) concepts and modulesGood understanding of UI / UX and workflow automationUp-to-date with modern technologies and stacksSolid but not limited to command of :
Backend : PHP / Node.Js / PythonFrontend : React / Vue / AngularDatabases : MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDBAPIs, microservicesGit / GitHub version controlMajor Plus
