Job description

Primary Responsibilities :

Quality Inspection & Service

Quality Inspection on Fitness Equipment's
Service QC Machines & Solve QC Issues
Need to maintain Spare Inventory & In-charge of Packed products
Check the quality of Spare products before shipment

Installation

Need to Know Assemble and Disassemble all the products

If needed uninstall machines and to fulfil the spare need

Need to install at customer place if required

Technical Support

Provide technical information about service to the customer care team

Figure out the root cause of the problem and Provide the solution

Skills for Success :

1. Knowledge of mechanical / Electrical components.

2. Minimum 0-2years experience in the Mechanical / Electrical field.

3. Installation and uninstallation of all the products available.

4. Diagnosis of spares available in the machine

5. MS Office - Excel & Word

6. Problem-solving attitude.

Added Advantages :

Worked in a Production-related Environment.

Knowledge of CADD / Ansys / modeling software.

Qualification

Diploma (DME, DEE etc) / Bachelors (BE, BSc) / Masters (ME, MSc) in Electrical / Mechanical related Engineering or Scieces

0-3 years experience preferred. Freshers may apply.
