Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Recruiter. This role will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions with Media, Research and Emerging Technology. They will collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs, use AI-driven tools and techniques to identify potential candidates, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The Senior Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining a robust talent pipeline and contributing to other HR initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment agency experience hiring for media / research / technology roles
• Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
• Knowledge of AI-driven tools and techniques for recruitment
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and understand recruitment needs
• Experience in maintaining a robust talent pipeline
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
