Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing & Sales Manager specializing in Event Management. The position is located in Kanpur. The Marketing & Sales Manager will oversee the client pitching, presentation, planning and execution of marketing programs, manage promotional events, and be responsible for expanding market reach. Daily tasks include generating event ideas, overall planning, coordination with the team and clients, and on-site implementation. Ensuring timely delivery and successful execution of events will be a key focus.

• Skills in Brand Promotions, Conferences & Seminars, and Artist & Celebrity Management
• Strong Marketing and Sales capabilities
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills
• Creativity and innovation in event planning and execution
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the hospitality or event planning industry is a plus
