Responsibilities – Sales
Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential clients and businesspartners.
Keep track of communication and follow-ups with LinkedIn connections.
Leveraging other prospect databases and Sales Tools for lead generationResponsibilities – HR and Recruitment
HR : First point of contact for Employees around breadth of HR related areas and develop effectiveworking relationships with all stakeholders
Supporting and Coordinating for End-to-End Recruitment Process including Sourcing Profilesfrom Naukri / Monster, 3rd Party Vendors, Evaluation, Checking References and Informing CandidatesDesired Skills and Qualifications :
MBA with specialization in HR and Marketing
5-10 Years of Experience
Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.We encourage Diversity and preference will be given to Women candidates including those coming back from a Break.
