As an engagement manager, you will collaborate with senior account leadership to nurture key client relationships, identify unmet needs, and craft targeted sales strategies.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Supporting engagement directors in managing pivotal client accounts
• Establishing strong connections with client stakeholders to uncover potential service gaps or unmet needs
• Crafting tailored sales materials and presentations that resonate with clients
• Leading and coordinating responses to RFI and RFP requests
• Tracking win / loss data and sales performance metrics

To excel in this role, you should possess 4–8 years of experience in account coordination, client services, project management, or operations roles, preferably within the professional services, learning, or talent development sectors.
