Possesses 5 to 7 years of overall experience with at least 3 to 5 years of experience of leasing ready to move in offices, built-to-suit offices, data centres, warehousing properties (either with a developer, fund or an IPC)Fair understanding of the technical and legal aspects of leasing offices, data centers, and warehousing and consequent impact on portfolio valueProficient with power point presentations and cash flowsSolution based sales approachImpactful oral, written communication and making presentations to a group of audienceShould have strong relations with IPCs and local brokersPrior experience in end to end client (tenant) relationship managementExperience in filling and submitting RFPs and TendersKnowledge of stamp duty and registration process for registering legal documents of any give transactionReady to travel locally for meetings and site visitsKnowledge of local languages like Hindi and Marathi along with EnglishRole : Enterprise & B2B Sales - Other
