Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer

Job description8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management or related roles. Strong hands-on expertise with SSO technologies and federation protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth). Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). Solid experience with Ping Access and Ping Federate for authentication / authorization. Understanding of identity lifecycle management, provisioning, and access governance. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in enterprise IAM environments. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage SSO (Single Sign-On) solutions across enterprise applications.
- Configure and maintain Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) integrations.
- Implement and support Ping Identity solutions including Ping Access and Ping Federate.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure authentication and authorization processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve identity federation, authentication, and access issues.
- Support security audits, compliance, and access governance initiatives.
- Provide technical expertise and knowledge transfer within the offshore team.
