We're looking for a proactive and analytical Recruiter. You'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring high-quality talent across business and support functions. This role is ideal for someone who blends people intuition with data-driven decision-making , thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys building strong partnerships with stakeholders.
What You Bring :
- 3-5 years of proven experience in Non-Tech Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Graduate degree is a must; Postgraduate / MBA preferred.
- Strong understanding of business functions and role dynamics across non-tech domains.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- A data-driven and analytical mindset - ability to interpret hiring metrics and make process improvements.
- Hands-on experience with ATS / HRMS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining quality and speed.
- Must have led teams.
