JOB SUMMARY :
The Strategist – AI-Enhanced Insight & Data Modelling transforms complex data into actionable foresight, enabling smarter decisions and sustainable growth. This role harnesses the power of AI, advanced analytics, and predictive modeling to decode patterns, behaviors, and market dynamics. By building scalable insight frameworks and opportunity maps , the strategist empowers global teams to anticipate change, optimize processes, and innovate with confidence.
In essence : Turns data into strategy. Uses AI-driven intelligence to shape the future.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Analyze behavioral, cultural, and market data to uncover growth signals.
Build structured insight models, trends frameworks, and whitespace maps.
Use AI tools to automate research, accelerate synthesis, and enhance prediction.
Convert raw data into knowledge systems for IP like Citizen Brands.
Present clear, actionable implications to strategy, design, and client teams.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Ability to interpret complex data and identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
Proficient in leveraging AI platforms, machine learning frameworks, and predictive modeling techniques.
Skilled at combining diverse data sources into clear, strategic narratives.
Comfortable working with structured and unstructured data, databases, and modeling architectures.
Talent for simplifying intricate concepts and presenting them in a way that drives decision-making.
