About the Role :

As the Operational Excellence Associate Director for Lean Digital Core (LDC) in MEOG

team, you will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Medical

Affairs processes. Your mission is to drive process excellence, ensure compliance, and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and user experience across the Medical Affairs organization globally. You will support Global Process Owner Medical Affairs in

successful delivery of improvements in Medical Affairs processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead submission readiness reviews in the content (medical and commercial) review process and monitor project status to ensure schedules and deadlines are being met.
• Manage and facilitate the full content approval process for both non-promotional and promotional

materials.
