Job Overview :

We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff.

As a member of our ground handling team you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all ground activities at the airport. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist passengers with check-in baggage drop-off and boarding procedures
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings
• Coordinate with other departments and airlines to ensure smooth operations.
• Load and unload baggage and cargo from aircraft
• Conduct security checks and screenings as per airport regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the terminal and ground handling equipment
• Provide special assistance to passengers with disabilities or special needs
• Adhere to all safety and security protocols and procedures
• Keep accurate records of all ground handling activities Qualifications :
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or airport operations is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of basic computer skills
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances
