Roles & Responsibilities

  • Payroll Processing :
  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.
  • Process payroll for all employees, including calculating salaries, bonuses, deductions, and allowances.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory deductions like Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), and others.
  • Statutory Compliance :
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other regulatory frameworks.
  • Maintain and update records related to statutory filings and contributions.
  • Liaise with government agencies for timely statutory payments and filings.
  • Employee Records Management :
  • Maintain accurate employee payroll records and updates, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employee status.
  • Ensure all employee-related documents are maintained in compliance with company policies.
  • Reporting and Analysis :
  • Generate payroll reports for management review, highlighting trends, discrepancies, and important insights.
  • Conduct data analysis using advanced Excel functions to optimize payroll processes and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support and Queries :
  • Act as the point of contact for employees for payroll-related queries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide support to employees regarding salary statements, tax deductions, and other payroll-related matters.
  • Coordination :
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other departments for seamless payroll processing.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement and improve payroll policies and practices.
