Role : - Sales Executive
Location : - Ahmedabad
Exp : -3-8 yrs in container Sales and Freight forwarding.
Sales and Marketing of Containers as well as Freight Forwarding.
Co-ordinating with shipping line Pricing Team for special rate filing /
rate linking / free days linking of shipments.
After the shipment is confirmed with customer, placing the bookings on
behalf of the customer in liner portal.
Co-ordinating with customer to pick-up the containers within validity.
Co-ordinating with Customer Service team to re-validate the bookings
and vessel sailing details.
Co-ordinating with CFS operations to get the sound containers to the
customers.
Co-ordinate with operation to gate in the containers on time.
Co-ordinate with Customer Service team to make sure that the
containers will be load per planned vessel and get the SOB
confirmation.
Co-ordinating with liner accounts team for invoicing if there is any delay
or any other issue regarding invoice.
Co-ordinating with Customer Service / Accounts of Liner if there is any
delay or any penalty charged to the customer (detention / demurrage /
storage / late SI / late BL etc.)
Co-ordinating with trans-shipment desk to make sure the shipment will
be loaded from trans-shipment port on planned vessel.
Updating daily bookings details in In-House system.
Monthly report of market update to be given to Shipping Line pricing
team.
Daily reporting of Marketing and Forwarding of containers pickup status
to HO.
Monthly sales billing reporting of Marketing of all sales.
