Scada Engineer

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled

SCADA Engineer

with strong experience in

Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)

systems design, configuration, and implementation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in

power distribution, water supply, smart metering, or industrial automation projects , ensuring reliable monitoring and control of field operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in

Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Computer Engineering .

Minimum

8 years of experience

in SCADA system engineering, preferably in

utility or infrastructure projects

(Power, Water, Smart Grid, AMI).

Proficiency in

SCADA platforms

such as

Siemens WinCC, Wonderware, GE iFIX, Schneider, or ABB .

Experience with

communication protocols

like Modbus, IEC 60870, IEC 61850, DNP3, and TCP / IP.

Knowledge of

PLC / RTU programming

and

network configurations .

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work on-site and coordinate with clients, contractors, and field engineers.

Preferred Qualifications :

Certification in SCADA, PLC, or Industrial Automation.

Experience in

Smart Metering or Distribution Automation Systems .

Exposure to

GIS, IoT, or Data Analytics tools

is an added advantage.
