The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Business Partner should have :

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in HR functions, particularly in the FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulatory compliance in India.
• Experience in managing employee relations and organisational development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data effectively.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools.
