Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager who thrives in a high-performance, commission-based environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and driving sales for our ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.Key Responsibilities : Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, site visits, and digital platformsPresent and promote Elite Estates’ projects to prospective buyersManage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closureConduct site visits, client meetings, and follow-upsBuild and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partnersProvide regular updates and reports on sales performance and market trendsWork closely with the marketing and CRM teams to align strategies and campaignsRequirements : Proven experience in real estate sales or a related sales roleStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and target-drivenAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionGood knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus
