Financial Director [Immediate Start]

Position Title : Finance Director

Location : Bangalore

Experience Required : 10–15 years of relevant finance leadership experience within an IT services organization

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

1. Strategic Financial Planning – Align financial goals with business strategy; manage budgets, forecasts, and capital planning.

2. International Compliance & Taxation – Ensure adherence to IFRS / GAAP; oversee cross-border taxation, transfer pricing, and local regulatory compliance.

3. Leadership & Team Management – Lead and mentor geographically distributed finance teams, fostering a high-performance culture.

4. Business Partnering – Collaborate with senior stakeholders to support strategic decisions and operational objectives.

5. Process Excellence & Automation – Implement and optimize ERP systems, standardize processes, and drive automation for efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Strategy & Planning – Drive financial strategy, budgeting, and long-term planning in alignment with overall business goals.

2. Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure statutory compliance, manage tax obligations, and establish robust risk controls across all operating regions.

3. Financial Reporting & Analysis – Provide accurate, timely financial reports and actionable performance insights for both internal and external stakeholders.

4. Cross-Border Operations Oversight – Manage global financial operations, including intercompany transactions and transfer pricing.

5. Team Leadership & Development – Lead and develop finance teams across multiple geographies, building capabilities and managing performance.
