Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced

Technical Consultant (Contract)

with strong expertise in

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

to join our India delivery team.

This role involves developing custom solutions, managing integrations, and delivering actionable insights through

Power BI —supporting clients’ end-to-end digital transformation journeys.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain

customizations, extensions, and integrations

within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using

AL language

and

Visual Studio Code .

Develop and publish

Power BI reports and dashboards

based on Business Central data and Azure data sources.

Work closely with

functional consultants

to translate business needs into scalable, high-performing technical solutions.

Manage

data migration, environment configuration , and system performance tuning.

Build and maintain

APIs and web services

for external application integration.

Collaborate with the DevOps and Managed Services teams to ensure smooth deployments and ongoing support.

Maintain high-quality code standards, documentation, and version control using

Azure DevOps .

Provide

technical troubleshooting

and end-user support as required during and after implementation.

Qualifications & Experience :

3–6 years

of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV development.

Strong proficiency in

AL ,

C / AL ,

Visual Studio Code , and

Business Central AL Extensions .

Experience with

Power BI —data modeling, DAX, and report publishing.

Familiarity with

Azure DevOps ,

Git , and CI / CD pipelines.

Solid understanding of

Business Central architecture , workflows, and database schema.

Knowledge of

SQL Server ,

API integration , and

web services (REST, OData) .

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Microsoft certification (preferred but not required) :

MB-820 : Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer Associate

Contract Type :

6–12 months (extendable)

based on project performance and client requirements.
