About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager with strong domain knowledge in Energy & Commodities Trading (ETRM / CTRM) and hands-on understanding of Openlink Endur.

In this role, you will work directly with clients to deliver value-driven product roadmaps, innovative solutions, and influential business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for Openlink Endur
• Define product strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned to business objectives
• Partner with global clients to understand requirements & propose solutions
• Create PRDs, BRDs, user stories & functional specifications
• Work with Engineering, QA, UX to ensure timely and quality product delivery
• Conduct workshops, demos, requirement-gathering, and UAT sessions
• Manage and influence stakeholders across functions & geographies
• Mentor junior PMs / Analysts and share best practices
• Support pre-sales - RFPs, proposals, solutioning
• Identify process innovation and improvement opportunities
