About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Sr. Sales Manager to lead business development and client acquisition for our Interiors division. The ideal candidate will have strong industry networks, proven leadership in sales, and the ability to drive large-scale interior projects from lead generation to closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets for residential, commercial, and corporate interior projects.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, builders, corporate clients, and developers.
• Lead client discussions, understand requirements, and present customized design and execution solutions.
• Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle – lead generation, proposal, negotiation, closure, and contract finalization.
• Collaborate closely with design, estimation, and project execution teams to deliver on client expectations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities to stay ahead.
• Mentor and guide junior sales executives to enhance team performance.
• Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, channel partners networking forums.
