Job descriptionPhD in Life Sciences (Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or related fields). Minimum 5 years of relevant research / program management experience. Experience working in CRO, biotech, or life sciences R&D environments. Proven track record of managing scientific teams and projects. Exposure to client-facing roles or international collaborations preferred. Clinical PhD or experience with translational / clinical research is an advantage

Qualification : PhD in Life Sciences (Cell Biology / Molecular Biology / related discipline)
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage R&D programs from design to delivery across multiple scientific domains.
- Oversee day-to-day lab operations and mentor scientific teams.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including global clients and academic partners.
- Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements are met.
- Translate scientific vision into executable research plans.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across programs.
