About the Role

Tesla Outsourcing Services is seeking an experienced BIM Project Manager to lead, manage, and oversee end-to-end project delivery for international architectural projects. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, exceptional communication capabilities, deep technical expertise in BIM methodologies, and experience working with international building codes and standards, particularly for the US, UK, and Australian markets.

This role requires a strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple teams, ensure project accuracy and timely delivery, and maintain high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

• Lead, plan, and manage BIM project execution from initiation to completion.
• Assign project tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery aligned with project timelines.
• Ensure adherence to international standards, deliverables, and documentation requirements.
• Prepare project schedules, workflows, and resource plans to optimize team efficiency.
