Job Description : Real Estate Property Advisor (3–6 Years Experience) Location : Gurgaon Industry : Residential Real Estate – Builder Floors, Low-Rise & High-Rise Projects About the Role We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Property Advisor with 3–6 years of strong experience in the Gurgaon real estate market, specifically dealing with builder floors, low-rise projects, and branded high-rise developments. The candidate must have worked with premium developers such as Adani, Birla, ROF, MRG, and similar brands. Key Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in builder floors, low-rise, and high-rise residential projects. Present and promote inventory across top developers including Adani, Birla, ROF, MRG, etc. Conduct property tours, site visits, and client meetings to showcase project features. Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties across Gurgaon. Maintain updated knowledge of availability, pricing, upcoming launches, and trending projects. Build and sustain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and clients. Negotiate deals and support clients in documentation and closing processes. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Required Experience & Skills 3–6 years experience in the Gurgaon real estate market. In-depth knowledge of key micro-markets, including : Golf Course Extension Road Dwarka Expressway DLF Phase 1–5 Sushant Lok South City, MG Road, Sohna Road, etc. Hands-on experience in selling builder floors, low-rise properties, and high-rise projects. Strong networking abilities within Gurgaon developers and real estate community. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Must be comfortable with field work, client meetings, and Gurgaon travel. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred but not required). Proven sales track record in residential real estate.
