We’re looking for an energetic and strategic Social Media Manager who can design, execute, and manage high-performing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms . The ideal candidate should be creative, data-driven, and confident in building and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable results for industries like hospitality, real estate, migration, and professional services .

💡 Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to different industries and platforms.
Plan, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads .
Conduct ad library and competitor research to identify winning trends and strategies.
Build detailed content calendars and campaign roadmaps aligned with brand goals.
Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and present actionable insights to the leadership team.
Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content creators to deliver engaging campaigns.
Stay updated on latest digital marketing trends , platform algorithms, and ad policies.
Propose innovative ideas for organic and paid growth.

✅ Who You Are :

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social media strategy and ad management.

Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Analytics tools .

Skilled in ad library research, audience targeting, and conversion optimization .

Holds a degree / certification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or related field .

Extroverted personality with strong communication and presentation skills .

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under deadlines.

Data-driven mindset with a creative flair.
