Quality Assurance Tester

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

QA Tester

to join our quality assurance team to test and validate web-based platforms, particularly

ServiceNow . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in

performance testing using tools such as

JMeter

and

LoadRunner , as well as a solid understanding of web application functionality, user flows, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and execute

functional, regression, and performance tests

for web-based platforms including ServiceNow.

Develop and maintain

test plans, test cases, and test scripts

based on business and technical requirements.

Conduct

load, stress, and endurance testing

using tools such as

JMeter

and

Micro Focus LoadRunner .

Analyze performance test results and identify system bottlenecks or performance issues.

Validate application stability, scalability, and responsiveness under varying load conditions.

Collaborate closely with

developers, product managers, and business analysts

to understand application requirements and workflows.

Track and document test results, defects, and performance metrics using test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM).

Participate in

Agile / Scrum ceremonies

such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Ensure testing practices comply with industry standards and best practices.
