Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Middleware Integration Manager with a strong background in IBM WebMethods or equivalent integration platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in Java / J2EE, SQL, and integration tools, along with proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex integration projects in Agile environments.

Note :

Core JAVA & OOps concept, JAVA knowledge can preferable.

Total Expr 8+Yrs, relevant expr webmethods should be 6+Yrs

Experience must be on Web methods mandatory.

Skills :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

8+ years of experience in middleware / integration technologies.

Hands-on experience with IBM Web Methods or similar integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, TIBCO).

Strong programming skills in Java / J2EE and SQL.

Proficiency with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger).

Experience with Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies.

Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and CI / CD pipelines.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
