Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop reliable suppliers for materials and services.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for key categories.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmark pricing to ensure competitiveness.
- Coordinate with production, planning, and quality teams for material requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, and delivery.
- Drive cost-saving and vendor development initiatives.
- Maintain procurement data, supplier records, and contracts in ERP.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement guidelines.
