Job Description : Navision v5 Tech Lead & Service Delivery Manager – AMS Support

Position : Navision v5 Tech Lead (with Service Delivery Manager responsibilities)

Location : India

Shift Timing : General Shift (India business hours)

We are seeking a Navision v5 Technical Lead who can also play the role of Service Delivery Manager (SDM) for a 3–4 member AMS team. The role combines hands-on technical leadership in Microsoft Dynamics NAV v5 (customized implementation) with service delivery management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will guide the team in handling incidents, service requests, and enhancements while managing client relationships, SLAs, and governance activities for a global distributed environment.
