Job Title : Canva & Photoshop Designer

Location : Remote

Job Type : Full-time

Salary : ₹10,000 / month (Initial)

Probation Period : 2 Weeks

Half Yearly Appraisals and Performance Incentives Available

We are an innovative and fast-growing company, committed to delivering high-quality design solutions. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Canva and Photoshop Designer to join our team. This is a remote position with working hours aligned with US timings.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital and print mediums using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Work on branding materials, social media posts, website graphics, flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create designs aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Make revisions and updates to designs as required by stakeholders.
  • Ensure all design deliverables are of the highest quality, with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to enhance the quality and creativity of work.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience using Canva and Adobe Photoshop (portfolio required).
  • Strong design skills with a creative and innovative mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple design tasks with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to work.
  • A good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
  • Experience with other design tools (Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) will be a plus.
  • Must have a keen eye for detail and consistency in design.
  • Willingness to work ES timings (6 : 30 PM to 3 : 30 AM IST).
