About the Role

As a Facility Manager at Union Living, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations across multiple co-living properties. This is a high-impact role that demands strong operational leadership, vendor management expertise, and a commitment to maintaining premium-quality standards across all sites.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily facility operations, managing vendors, leading property launches, and ensuring compliance and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all facility operations including maintenance, housekeeping, and security across multiple sites.

Lead new property launches, from pre-launch planning and fit-outs to successful go-live operations.

Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), vendor relationships, and procurement to ensure service excellence and cost optimization.

Implement and maintain 100% compliance with all safety, fire, and security protocols.

Conduct regular property audits and preventive maintenance checks.

Lead and mentor on-ground property staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and alignment with brand standards.

Collaborate cross-functionally with the community, finance, and projects teams for operational excellence.

Who We’re Looking For

3–5 years of experience in Facility Management or Hospitality Operations.

Background in Commercial FM, Co-living, Hospitality, or Managed Accommodation.

Proven track record of managing single or multi-property portfolios.

Strong understanding of compliance, preventive maintenance, and vendor management.

Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

Hands-on approach with a customer-first mindset.
